We say that all the value of an enterprise is the result of design. Good planning and good design = the value model of the enterprise. If you want to do a good job in the enterprise, you only need to be satisfied with employees and customers every day. We must understand that good results come from good processes, and good results are goals. Thinking, the correct methodology is to target management. Only the goal is to unite more people and lead more people. Our managers should give priority to using goals to unite people.
Target management is a kind of management based on human nature that starts with the end. Managers should think clearly about the key elements and main shields to achieve the goal, foresee the potential problems and risks, allocate resources according to the goal, and arrange the timetable in reverse. The closer the clear goal is to the goal, you will change from unconsciously to foresight, using the whole, borrowing and learning, the changed thinking brings the team together to form a clear step and a clear division of labor. From the allocation of human, material and financial resources to the implementation, management, execution, supervision and inspection, the process of teamwork is the planning and design, and finally the value growth mode of the enterprise is formed, which is also the standardization construction process of the enterprise.
