Practice the concept of zero bad, do not repeat mistakes and do not lie.
In our actual business plan, setting a target of non-performing rate for production is itself a misleading idea. I think this is designing a trap for employees to make mistakes.

We practice the business philosophy of zero non-performing rate. This idea tells us that as an enterprise, especially in the manufacturing industry, we can no longer make mistakes, let alone have the opportunity to make mistakes. Why? Because when the product is industrialized, everything should be standardized, and there is no fuzzy boundary, and it must be understood by all hands. It is just a question that practice makes perfect, so it is necessary to achieve perfect quality.
We run a business and lead a team. No matter how big the company is and how many people there are, we should actually achieve the realm of "unity of knowledge and action" in order to be worthy of our mind and body. In our actual business plan, setting the target of non-performing rate for production is a misleading idea in itself. It is simply a barren conversation. How can there be a standard for making mistakes? I think this is a trap designed to make employees make mistakes!
I remember Taiwan Foxconn boss Guo Taiming has a famous saying: "out of the laboratory, there is no high-tech, only execution. "This sentence reveals the same truth, to make mistakes should also be in the laboratory, in the trial production test joint test stage, rather than in the manufacturing plant; why there is DFMEA as a design failure mode analysis tool in the TS16949 system, indicating that all mistakes should be analyzed in the research and development stage. The same is true for people. Why do our parents send us to study since we were young is to let us have the right ideas and methods of doing things, otherwise we will pay a huge price and even our lives when we grow up, endangering society. So this tells us to make mistakes as early as possible, but not to repeat mistakes, let alone lie.
