The quality department should have a deep understanding and understanding of the functions of technology, procurement, production, customer service, etc., and know which links are prone to abnormalities, so as to help each function use management tools to find and solve problems as early as possible. To do a good job in quality planning is to implement standardization and practice the concept of full quality through process design, checkpoint design, rationalization proposals, customer complaint handling mechanism and other means.
